Accommodation
You can make your own arrangements concerning accommodation, but we can make them on your behalf with local bed & breakfast establishments in the neighboring villages within a 5 miles radius of the training venue. We have negotiated a discounted rate of £30 per night per person for 2 people sharing a twin room. This price is for Bed & Breakfast only. The rate for single person occupancy is £60 per night. Delegates need to make their own arrangements for lunches and evening meals. Please remember to confirm on the front of the booking form if you wish us to book a single person occupancy room for you. If you require accommodation on the Friday night after the course please highlight this on the booking form and we will make every effort to organise this at the £30 per night per person rate although this cannot be guaranteed. It is not advisable for any delegate attending the course to camp, as there will be homework to complete and you will need to be fully refreshed each morning. Any difficulties with affordability of accommodation, please speak with us and we shall try and help.
Evening Meals
You can either book for evening meals at your accommodation venue, or there is a Sainsbury's very close by, where you can have a good meal at a very reasonable price.
Evening meals are not provided by CEE Ltd.
Professional Training
Besides relevant PACE work, the course is augmented by seminars, interactive sessions and video presentations to make the most of your time spent with us in Shrivenham. There will be a time for fellowship with CEE staff and supporters of this ministry during the week.
Course Information
Timetable
Sessions start at 10.30 am on the Monday and then 8.00 am on the following 4 days and run to 6.00pm each day with up to 1 hour for lunch. There is also evening work to complete as homework. Pre-course PACEs will be sent along with confirmation of booking and must be completed , up to but not including the Self Test, prior to attendance. Please Note: Punctuality is important to the smooth running of this training course, so please leave enough time for traveling to Maranatha House, particularly on the Monday morning.
Booking confirmation
We are not able to guarantee a place on the training course or accommodation, until CEE Ltd have received the completed booking form and payment in full. Failure to send in your correctly completed booking form, may result in loss of placement on the course.
Cost
The cost of the course is £80 per delegate (excluding accommodation). An annual training voucher sent to each school, is acceptable for school staff only. NCSC Students benefit from a reduced rate of £40 each. Please note, all cheque's are now to be made out to: Christian Education Europe (Training)
Cancellations: If you have to cancel your place on the course, please give as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 3 days of the course, may be liable for full course fees and may be liable for accommodation charges at full room rate for each night booked. Please leave accommodation cancellations to one of the CEE administration staff.
Travel
Travel to and from the designated overnight accommodation may be provided for those without their own transport. Delegates are free to arrange alternative accommodation but CEE Ltd are unable to assist with transport to other venues.

Who should attend
Pastors, senior administrators, supervisors, monitors and other school staff (new and experienced), as well as homeschool parents, are encouraged to attend. The course is demanding, so be prepared for a challenge. Students on ICCE/NCSC are eligible to attend provided they are 16 years and over.
Dress Code for the training week
There is a dress code that we ask delegates to adhere to for the duration of the course:
Smart / formal appearance. No jeans please.
We would love to help you in any way. Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
