ECDL
Foundation

EDCL is the International standard in end-user computer skills, it provides a practical programme of up-to-date skills and competencies consisting of 7 modules, each validated by a test.
It is a high-quality, internationally-recognised certification designed, validated, and approved by international experts.
ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) is known as ICDL (International Computer Driving Licence) outside of Europe.
The certification consists of  7 modules.  People usually take training on each module of the syllabus prior to taking the test for that module.

Clait
What is CLAIT?

CLAIT stands for Computer Literacy and Information Technology and is a nationally recognised course. If you pass a CLAIT course it shows employers you can use the main applications on a computer.
The CLAiT qualification has been a leading IT skills qualification in the UK since 1987, and has been achieved by over 2.5 million learners.
ICCE students need to opt for the Clait Diploma and they must achieve five units. The option includes the mandatory unit.

Level 1

Rules of Combination- ITQ Level 1 Certificate
IPU: Improving Productivity using IT L1 (3 credits)
IUF: IT User Fundamentals L1 (3 credits)
ICT: IT Communications Fundamentals L1 (2 credits)
ISF: IT Software Fundamentals L1 (3 credits)
UCT: Using Collaborative Technologies L1 (3 credits)
Total 13 Credits.
