At CEE we are always trying to improve our services.
We are pleased to announce that DPD have now taken over our deliveries. We trust they will keep providing an excellent service to you our customers.

We have a small but strong sales team at CEE. Our aim is to get your order to you as soon as we can. Our orders department can get very busy during peak periods. Please allow extra time for deliveries especially around new school term starts.

FAQS

Q. How many paces can we order over the phone?
A. We take up to 10 items maximum on the phone.

Q. What are the different methods that customers may use to pay for their orders?
A. Customers may pay by credit/debit card. They may also pay by bank transfer (please contact office for details.) Customers may send also cheque's or postal orders (this will cause a delay until payment is received).

Q. I have some PACES which I ordered in error. May I return these items?
A. We do accept returns but these need to be accompanied by a returns/claims form which must be filled in quoting the invoice number that the item was bought on and the reason for returning. The items must be in pristine condition (contact the office for details).

Q. What is the time limit for returning materials for refund?
A. PACEs are to be returned within six months of purchase and Score keys are to be unused and returned within one month of purchase. Only score keys ordered in error or sent in error will be refunded.

Q. Do I have to pay for my order before I receive it?
A. Yes all orders must be paid for in full before dispatch. It is important you send a cheque or provide your debit or credit card details with the order.

Understanding the Sales Order Process

  1. Your order is received by the warehouse staff.
  2. The order is then picked and packed.
  3. The picked order is checked by another team member.
  4. The sales team will then create an invoice.
  5. Payment is processed. This can cause a delay if you do not provide us with valid payment details.
  6. Your copy of the invoice is sent to our dispatch department.
  7. Your order has a final check then is dispatched with either Royal Mail or DPD.

We would love to help you in any way. Normal working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
