Order tracking
Did you know that by logging into your online account you can now track all your orders yourself?

Master Order Forms
If you do not have access to order online, it would be helpful when you fill in a master order form, if you can highlight the stock items you have ordered and ring the number at the bottom of the page. Our sales order processors can then see at a glance which pages have items ordered on them for easier entry onto our computer systems.

General Order Forms
When completing a General order form it is important to use an item code for each item ordered. Please do not use a range of codes. For example do not write codes 6001-12, but please type each item code on a separate line.

It is important to check you are using the correct codes and that your PACE code matches the score key code. Please make sure the item code matches the description.

Q. Is there any extra charge for placing orders by phone?
A. Yes, we do charge a flat fee of £2.50 for administration for all order processing other than our online cart which is free.

Q. How many paces can we order over the phone?
A. We take up to 10 items maximum on the phone.

Q. What are item codes?
A. Item codes are the codes by which each pace in each subject are identified. They are a unique number pertaining to that particular pace number in that particular subject.

Q. Where would we find item codes for the paces?
A. In the master order form they are on the left hand side of each column under the heading "Code No."

Q. Why should we use item codes when ordering?
A. If the pace number is used as opposed to the item code then customers may receive an incorrect item, especially in subjects such as Social Studies where the pace number is used more than once for different paces i.e., UK Social Studies and American Social Studies and World Geography and World History etc.

Understanding the Sales Order Process

  1. Your order is received by the sales team.
  2. One of our sales team then inputs the item codes onto our online system on your behalf.
  3. This is checked by another member of the team.
  4. The order is sent into the warehouse system to be picked and packed.
  5. The picked order is checked by another team member.
  6. The picking list is sent back to the sales team to be invoiced.
  7. Payment is processed. This can cause a delay if you do not provide us with valid payment details.
  8. Your copy of the invoice is sent to our dispatch department.
  9. Your order has a final check then is dispatched with either Royal Mail or Parcel line.

If you order online your order will jump straight to process 4. This means you will get your order faster if you use this method.
